PanelList wrap

Hello!

I have a PanelList with some captions, which don't fit in one line. A new line is automatically startet.
If I use the OverrideItemHeight to give it more space, the padding above is increased (c.f. screenshot). I could increase the ItemHeight further, but why the waste of space. It doesn't have a uniform look, either.

Also, the last item has a dotted line below, like the separator between the items. It would look better, if there was just the frame.

This happens because you do not have enough width, and caption does wrap.

We will implement new properties to handle it better.
