IWCGPanelList1 & LockIndicator

Just updated to the latest 1.7.xx version for IW XIV.
I cant set LockIndicator to a IWCGPanelList Item at design time.
When I set it at runtime I am not seeing the lock indicator image and I can access components before the window is fully loaded..
