Styling

by cyracks » 18 Aug 2018 22:10

Hello,

almost all components are styled according to selected theme, but that does not apply to JQLabels. So I was wondering how to do it or which css class do I have to set so that text would not be so "borring".

Is there any other component that could be used for text output and is styled by themeswitcher ?

Regards,
Tomaž

Hi cyracks,

Use the JQLabelEx, or just add the "ui-widget" css class to the label.

Best Regards.

Hi Alexander,

I do not see why JQLabelEx would be better then JQLabel regarding styling (both have property css) ?

Displaying "nice" text requires some css manipulation, which must be done manually and I would rather preferred styling by theme and a component (aka wysiwyg) that would make things easyer

If not separate component It would be useful if there would be drop down for css classes that can be used for text in "label" component.

ps: I used css class "ui-state-active" and additional css attribute "background-image:none !important" (It made text a little bit nicer).

Regards,
Tomaž

Hi cyracks,

I've added the available css classes in Css property.
This feature will be available on next beta build.

Best Regards.

Hi Alexander,

I see new developer version is available, which is ok, but do you have any information on the date of stable release ?
