ReadOnly not working

IW 14.0.37 & CGD 2.5.0.33

I have a 6 x JQHTMLEditor on a CG Frame.

At design time I set JQHTMLEditor.ReadOnly := True

At run time I can still edit JQHTMLEditor.

How do I force read only?

You are right, its a issue on initialization...
