TIWCGJQHTMLEditor Display Issue

I am using the TIWCGJQHTMLEditor with the jqhetComplete toolbar which has a button on it to display the TIWCGJQHTMLEditor fullscreen. When this button is clicked the editor displays outside the bounds of the parent

is there any way to either make that button not available in the toolbar or have the TIWCGJQHTMLEditor only display 100% of the parent

I'm sorry, I checked the plugin's forum, and it's only for the whole page (screen).

This button not useful with IW....
i've like to remove it at all
Or configure, which buttons should be visible (probably, we can add some css to override visibility).
