Request.Form in ASPX(IIS) value was potentially dangerous

I am testing CG Demo(3.0.0.40), I found using JQHTMLEditor component in ASPX(IIS) cannot Request Form, this is an issues from MS Edge occurs only when deployed in ASPX.
Delete characters, random input characters, click 【get content】, no problem. But a few times again, the problem will appear.
