Insert table messed up?

Hello,

When I press the insert table button on the TIWCGJQHTMLEditor I get a messed up screen, as attached. Any idea what is going on?

Some backround. I just upgraded from IW 14.0.59 to 14.2.7. I uninstalled my previous eval of CGDevTools and installed the one appropriate for IW 14.2. I then deleted the wwwroot and synchronized again.

It seems, you don't have any theme defined.

Drop the teamswitcher or define it on ServerController:
