IWCGJQTimePicker with seconds

I can visualize seconds with IWCGJQTimePicker component ?, or does only you can see the hours with minutes only ?. I can not find any property that allows the latter view. I use a SQL Server DateTime field.

Only minutes, seconds aren't supported
