Hello,

When connected to a DataSource thats in Browse mode the IWCGJQTimePicker component is not ReadOnly when all others are and allows entry.

DataSource.AutoEdit is False
DataLink.StateChangeOperation is scoReadOnly
DataSet.State is dsBrowse

I just confirmed this with 1.7.0.3027

The key here is "DataLink.StateChangeOperation is scoReadOnly"

Just drop Picker on form and connect to DataSet and it works fine. Change "DataLink.StateChangeOperation to scoReadOnly" and you'll see that you can popup the piker and enter a time even when DataSet not in edit mode.
