Disable item when multiselect is enabled

Hello!

TIWCGJQDropDownItem can be marked as disabled.
That will work when multiselect is not used, however if we switch on multiselect, user will be able to remove items.

My dropdown contain predefined set of items that must be read only while user should be able to add or remove other items.
Can you suggest something or implement such feature?

Would be awesome if in addition "li" padding value for disabled item will be correct.
("3px 5px 3px 5px" instead of "3px 5px 3px 18px" should be fine)
