Dropdown won't work on mobile browsers

Hi,

We've changed the jquery.fastclick.min.js in our side too.

Since the next beta build, the touchstart will work in passive mode.

This issue returned and I was having a horrid time on mobile. In looking at the JQ file mentioned in this thread, I see this update is reverted and missing now. I updated and reloaded my cache and magically my dropdowns appear to be working and coexisting again with combobox and datepicker.

Hopefully there are no other side effects since I don't know why this update was removed.
