TIWCGJQMemoEx render size wrong when in tab?

Using IW 15 with Tokyo and CG 4.1.0.180

I have a tab set on my form. TIWCGJQTabs

I have a 5 tabs in there.

One of the tabs has a memo ( TIWCGJQMemoEx ) dropped in it.

I have tried to set the memo align'd to client ... or just set the width to whatever I want.

When I go to that tab, the width is 100px.

If i do something with a non async event, page re-renders, and the memo box is now fine.

If i change the program so the tab in question is the first active tab, the memo box renders fine.

When it finally renders fine, it goes to 718px when watching Chrome source inspector.

I tried this in the latest Chrome and Edge browsers and both saw the same problem.
