What version of Intraweb are you using?

I use Delphi XE4 with Intraweb Ultimate Edition 14.0.17

The attached bins are your demo, compiled with XE3, IW14.0.22 with the last cgdevtools version, only including the fix in RenderAsync.

Check how it is.

If it's ok, then it's Intraweb Version

If not, we didnt understand completelly what was the problem.

I have tested your Exe.
The scroll bar is OK and Multi-line problem seem also OK (i have re-tested my demo with te same root, i have always the two problems).
Are this both problem is due to Intraweb ?

The multi-line was a problem of RenderAsync, we told you before.

Ok but also strange.
I use our and my application with the same root and table.
The first time i display the frame, with my application, i see the multi line problem but with your application, the first display work well.

I confirm :
with intraweb version 14.0.22 + CGDevTools 1.8.0.3161 : The both scroll bar are OK in all situation and also the break line.
The scroll bar problem occur with intraweb version 14.0.17 (I have not tested other version).
I have verified with my demo project and in my real application.
All work well with ElevateDB Unicode version database.
