Get spin edit value as decimal

Hello,
after installing 4.1.0.50 TIWCGJQSpinEdit.value report only the integer part even though the value enterd is a decimal number.
(ex. 0,25 value = 0, 1,75 value = 1)
The spin edit worked fine before upgrading to the latest suite version..
The spin edit control has the following property set:
Min = 0
Max = 24
LargeStep = 2
Places = 2
Point = ,
Step = 0,25

Please could you check if something is changed in the last release.

After some tests I noticed the problem is about the lost of number format after press ind/dec buttons.
Although the Point property is set to "," after pressing inc/dec buttons the decimal separator is converted to ".".
The use of he comma as decimal separator is maintained only when the control is hsown or when the user insert it by keyboard.
Using the inc/dec buttons format the number with "." instead of "," as should be.
