Property TopRowId: string to JQGridProvider

This way I can specify which row shows up at the top of the grid currently displayed... not necessarily the top row in the total grid, but the one being displayed at the time.

As a matter of clairification, I would like to be able to set which row that the grid needed to scroll to (up or down) so that the specified row appears at the top of the screen.

Maybe a Grid.ScrollToRow(RowID) method would work.
