Is it possible to extend TIWCGJQEdit or create a new TIWCGJQEditEx to include the Formatter and FormatOptions properties from TIWCGJQGridColumn?

If you mean a formatters properties like in the grid, with formatoptions

but uses the available jquery resources: mask, type and eventually validation, it's doable.

If you want to suggest more features, we're very open, mainly for the edit.

For me if it works like the formatting options of the grid fields that will be fine.

Secondly, I am experimenting with the recently introduced validation options of TIWCGJQEdit for the this functionality.
