css fields as TStringList in IDE

Hello!

I extensively use css fields with different css names.
In addition, i often change css dynamically.
So, i have function that can build css strings (add, remove).

I suppose, that css properties will be easier to use if it will be TStringList with " " line break delimiter.
Than i can remove conversions.

I upgraded my functions now i don't care about css field type)
