Update JqGrid to Lastest Free forked version 4.7

Hi there is a free for of jqgrid on github:

https://github.com/free-jqgrid/jqGrid

It is a fork for the 4.7 version before it came commercial, sot the license still MIT/GPL and is very well mantained.

Hope you can have plans for that, thanks
