multilevel grid

Currently treeview in grid supports only one level
will it be possible to support multiple levels like in this demo

Thanks for remind us of Tree mode of jqGrid.

In the demo new Demo_V2, it wasn't included by mistake.

We we need to work a little more on it, including data provider support, with master-detail relations.

We think that, as it is, it already supports any number of levels, it's just a question of implementation.

We're going to add improve the TreeGrid as soon as possible.
