Center Image Vertically?

Using one of y'alls SIMPLE style overrides, it there an easy way to center the image instead of aligning to vertical top if the Header/Description have more height?

Howdy Alexander!

Let's say the image is 80 pixels in height and the the header + description is 200 in height.

Currently the image is aligned vertically to the top of the list view item. I would like it to be centered vertically (i.e. (200 - 80) / 2).
