Overlap with top component

Hi,
I have a mobile form with a Select on top and a listview , mi problem is the listview overlap select or reverse i dont know.
this happens on every device i tried on ( Android , IPhone , IPad and PC )
so i modified JQMobileDemoIW14 Mainform , added a select with items a,b,c and problem is the same !
is this a css problem ?

By asking the question i found the solution but i don't understand why it is like this

a) .ui-content padding: 15px;
b) .ui-listview margin: -15px;

i suppose margin on listview is to have listview on full screen but it overlap top and bottom components , shouldn't it be margin: 0px -15px 0px -15px; ?
