Add of a Scheduler component

Currently we are lacking functionality when working with our
mobile application compared our the pc (ie full browser) application.

Our original idea was to use the normal jQuery components on
the pad/phone interface, but we noticed that not all components
from the jQuery suite behave as expected or not at all when
running on a pad/phone.

What I specially miss is a component that do some kind of
scheduler functionality (compare with your jQuery Scheduler).
