Allow dynamic change of HeaderOptions.Caption

It would be nice if you could change JQMPopupOptions.HeaderOptions.Caption before calling JQMPopupOptions.Open from a server side (AJAX) event handler. Now it seems like the popup keeps the caption it had when the page was created. Applies to version 1.7.0.2923, compiled with IW 12.2.23 and Delphi XE.
