Unexpected rendering behavior after upgrade to 2.9.0.265

After upgrade from 2.9.0.232 to 2.9.0.265 we are hving unexpected rendering behaviors with Checkboxlist. Some of them renders normally but some others don't.

As you can see on the screenshot attached.

Downgrading back to 2.9.0.232, all works just fine.

The screenshot that works rus with 232 and the one that don't runs with 265.

I have made everuthing. even uninstall and reinstall ALL my develompent platform

My versions are

IW 14.0.52
C++ Builder Seattle
CG 2.9.0.265 (does not render)

Try to sync the wwwroot of project and refresg the browser cache with CTRL + F5.

Already Done everything you can imagine. Does not work.

Maybe something I have to erase ?
