TIWCGJQMemoExOptions.PlaceHolder Property
Placeholder text that fills in the textarea when the user has typed nothing. It is ignored for all calculations of remaining text and will not be submitted by the form. It is shown when the supertextarea is blurred and empty. When the user focuses the text is removed. If the user blurs the textarea and it is empty, the placeholder text is returned.
