I researched, that region align slows performance (tested with region resizing).
If remove aling and use css instead, performance will be good. Just want confirm, that is true and it's normal.
As i understand - the reason is when align is set, server does calculations.

Are not calculations in server, but in browser, starts with Body_OnResize(),
And it's stupid is one of the most stupid things I have ever seen in web apps, but it's the method Intraweb has choosen, we only descend from IWRegions, we cannot change it.
